Silke Steinraths – Digital Artist (Cologne, Germany)

Silke Steinraths is a Cologne-based digital artist who has been working as a freelance photographer since 1993. In 2023, she began creating AI-generated artworks, combining classical visual sensibilities with emerging digital technologies. Her works explore speculative visual spaces between realism and abstraction, often questioning perception, identity, and the boundaries of visual truth.

Her art has received international recognition: she was named one of the “200 Best Digital Artists 24/25” by Lürzer’s Archive. Her work will be shown in London in April 2025, and is part of “New Realities (Fashion Fakes)” at the Museum für Kommunikation Frankfurt, an exhibition that examines the intersection of artificial intelligence and visual culture.
